I’m Sophia, a qualified and fully insured reflexologist based in South West London. I work from home in a calm and comfortable setting that’s easily accessible by public transport and has on-site parking available.
My journey with reflexology began in the late 2000s when I first started training. I was truly amazed by the power of the treatments—and I can say, hand on heart, that what I learned about my own health through reflexology helped us on our journey to having children.
For many years, I enjoyed a career in financial services while raising a family. More recently, I have taken the opportunity to balance this with my passion for reflexology. I have retrained with the world-renowned Louise Keet, at the London School of Reflexology. I’m proud to have qualified with Distinction in my ITEC Level 3 Diploma.
Whether you're looking for support with a specific condition, navigating life’s changes, or simply seeking a moment to switch off, I aim to support you with tailored treatments designed to help restore balance and enhance your wellbeing.

Additional Reflexology Training:
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, or face correspond to different organs and systems in the body. It is a holistic treatment that considers the whole person rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.
During the treatment, techniques are used to apply pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands, or face to improve circulation, ease tension, stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, promote deep relaxation, and help restore balance and a sense of wellbeing.
Step Circle is one of the techniques used, in which the reflexologist uses their thumb or finger to “step and circle” on a reflex point.
This very focused reflexology technique, combined with a calm, rhythmic, well intentioned touch, provides a deeply restorative treatment.
Reflexology encourages a holistic approach to health through promoting a sense of wellbeing. It can be used safely alongside conventional medical care. Clients choose reflexology for relaxation and to support them with a variety of physical and emotional concerns. It can help with many conditions, including:
Reflexology is suitable for people of all ages. Reflexology cannot diagnose nor cure, it is not a substitute for seeking medical advice. There may be circumstances where reflexology is not advised, or your GP or Specialist consent may be required.

An introductory session can be up to 90 minutes to allow time to capture the holistic you.
On completing the confidential consultation form detailing your medical history, medications, diet and lifestyle, we will discuss your current concerns and how reflexology can restore equilibrium.
Once settled into the very comfortable reflexology chair and with footwear removed, the treatment will commence with an awakening of the feet or face. You are welcome to close your eyes throughout and immerse yourself in this restorative, therapeutic treatment.
The treatment will finish with a deep breathing exercise. We will then have the opportunity to discuss findings and to answer any questions you may have.
Subsequent sessions are normally an hour. However, you are welcome to book longer.
Before commencing the treatment, we will discuss if there have been changes to your medical history or lifestyle that could impact the focus of the treatment. Each session is tailored to your needs and follows the pattern described above.
This is an opportunity for the curious to learn more about reflexology.
A Taster Session is designed to provide you with an insight into Reflexology. The session includes a discussion about your medical history, medication, and the benefits of reflexology. A reflexology treatment (full or specific areas of focus) will follow, and then the opportunity to discuss our findings and answer any questions you may have.
For a client to experience greater benefit from reflexology, it’s important to understand the person as a whole. To do so requires a longer introductory session.
The number of sessions required will depend on your reason for treatment. During the start of each visit, we will discuss any changes to your health to tailor the treatment to your needs.
You may find that some areas feel sensitive to the touch. These may also vary from session to session.
Initial sessions may be lighter pressure, depending on your needs. The pressure will become firmer as you become more accustomed to the treatment. Reflexology does not involve exerting the same pressure as you experience during a sports / deep tissue massage.
During the treatment, please make me aware of any sensitivities or discomfort.
Any reflexes that are sensitive during treatment can indicate there’s an imbalance in a specific area. We will discuss at the end of the session.
How you feel after a treatment will differ from person to person and may vary session to session.
You may feel energised, calm and contented, or very relaxed and sleepy. Any reactions are part of the body’s own healing process, and increased awareness of symptoms will pass within a day or so.
In the 24 hours following a treatment, be extra careful when driving, as your reaction time may be slower.
